As a Partner Enablement manager, I work with partner teams in the SAP Ecosystems and Channels division. I am responsible for the UKI and Nordics so spent time with partners in both market units. As the role is partner enablement, I work very closely with the SAP Partner account managers to make sure that the partners have the correct level of training to help them sell more, sell faster and build their businesses around SAP solutions. I also work with the partners on the SAP Best Performance Challenge and I am the EMEA lead for the SAP Partner Inner Circle which is a new initiative we are launching for partners in 2012. I am also the EMEA lead for BI and EIM enablement and in this role, I work with the rest of the EMEA partner enablement team to provide BI workshops and training for all countries in the region.
